Long-tailed macaque is a diurnal nonhuman primate found in various vegetation types, including mangrove to mountain forests. The purpose of this research is to identify the Long-tailed macaque (Macaca fascicularis) population and habitat in the Wonorejo Mangrove Ecotourism and surrounding areas, Surabaya. The method of observation population is concentration count, and then the method of habitat analysis is based on vegetation analysis. The minimum estimation of the population size of Long-tailed macaque in the areas was 148 individuals. Sex-ratio of adult macaque was estimated to be 1: 2. Macaque population densities was 0,55 individuals/hectare. The Long-tailed macaques eat mangrove forest vegetations and animals. There were 9 kinds of food, 7 plants, and the other species were animals. The macaque has the highest tendency to use the area in their daily life above the ground (40,54%), and only 29,73% of individuals spend the day in the bottom of the canopy.
