Saidah, Suwitra IK, Samudin S, Syafruddin. 2015. Morphologcal study of the local paddy “Kamba†in Central Sulawesi. Pros Sem Nas Masy Biodiv Indon 1: 548-553. The kamba is one of the valuable germplasm of rice in Central Sulawesi. Their distribution is in the two districts, namely Poso and Sigi districts. The morphology of plants is one of the cornerstones in taxonomy approach so that the introduction of the properties of morphology very important. The research objective is to know the characteristics of morphology local rice “the Kambaâ€. The character of morphology policy is based on a system of characterization guidelines an evaluation of paddy 2003. Observation and data collection is done against character morphology local rice the kamba, data both quantitative and qualitative. The results of characterization show that local rice the kamba has the properties of specific morphological manner, ranging from leaves, the stem, panicles, grain and rice with a sense of rice and fluffier fragrant. With the repair technique cultivation, the potential results can reach 6,7 t/ha GKP.
