Pros Sem Nas Masy Biodiv Indon 1: 1442- 1447. The presence of pests and diseases in post-harvest seed will influence the quality of seeds, seedlings, and plant growth in the field. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of pests and diseases attacked on nyamplung seed in the post-harvest of eight locations seed origin, namely Carita, Ciamis, Cilacap, Purworejo, Gunung Kidul, Alas Purwo Banyuwangi, Lombok, and Pariaman. The results of the study were: (i) the highest seed moisture content was obtained from Gunung Kidul, and the lowest was from Carita, (ii) the highest germination of seeds was Carita, and the lowest was Gunung Kidul, (iii) the lower water content of seeds would produce greatest germination value, (iv) most of the seeds original locations was not found pests that infect the seed. Only the seeds from Gunung Kidul was found army worm (Spodoptera litura), (v) the fungus that infects post-harvest seed in all location were four species, namely Fusarium sp., Aspergillus sp., Penicillium sp. and Rhizopus sp. The largest percentage of fungal infections acquired in Gunung Kidul seed origin, while the smallest was found in Carita seeds origin, (vi) Species of bacteria that infects the post-harvest seed was Agrobacterium, Burkholderia, Erwinia, Pseudomonas, Xanthomonas, and Pantoea. The average percentage of the largest bacterial infections acquired in Gunung Kidul seed origin, while on locations of Purworejo and Pariaman was not found, (vii) Viruses were not found in the post-harvest seeds in all locations.
