The objective of this research was to study the allelopathy effect of leaves, shoot and root extract of invasive plant Clidemia hirta on the germination, growth of shoot and root of Raphanus sativus dan Brassica oleracea. The research was conducted by using Complete Randomized Block Design with two factors, i.e., plant organ (leaves, shoot and root) and seeds (R. sativus and B. oleraceae) with three replications. The results showed that C. hirta leaves extract had the significant effects on seed germination, growth inhibition of root and shoot of R. sativus compared to shoot and root extract.
