The aim of the research is to obtain technique and information of rehabilitation in the area and increasing the farmer income continuously by nonforest timber product. The total area of this study is about 3 ha, consist of 18 blocks and managed by 18 farmers. The studies were started by environment basic survey, socialization, and arranged participatory technical design. The planted species consists of forest tree species: ketapang (Terminalia catappa), laurel leaf (Syzygium polyanthum), kedawung (Parkia roxburghii) and kedoya (Dysoxylum gaudichaudianum) and multi-purpose trees: candle nut (Aleurites moluccana), petai (Parkia speciosa), bread fruit (Artocarpus communis) and mango (Mangifera indica), spacing 5x5 m2. The average initial growth at fourteen month after planting i.e., growth percentage, height growth and diameter growth are forest trees: P. roxburghii (76.43%, 44.9 cm and 1.1 cm), S. polyanthum (82.35%, 29.06 cm, and 0.7 cm), D. gaudichaudianum (83.12% , 10.02 cm and 0.6 cm) and T. catappa (83.67%, 41.94 cm and 0.9 cm) and multi-purpose trees: A. moluccana ( 81.88%, 79.7 cm and 1.1 cm), P. speciosa (80.62%, 16.46 cm and 0.6 cm), A. communis (81.59%, 18.29 cm and 0.5 cm) and M. indica (84.15%, 20.93 cm and 0.85). From the study, it can be concluded that model of forest and multi-purpose trees combination is suitable to develop in the area in order to rehabilitate disturbed conservation area.
