The Bogani Nani Wartabone National Park (TNBNW) has a diversity of ecosystems that are interesting and have a level of keendemikan flora and fauna is high. Various flora endemic or rare, among others, pisek (Aglaea minahassae), pinangyaki (Areca vestiaria), palm (Arenga pinnata), rotanumbul (Calamus symhicuplus), palahutan (Knema celebica), woka (Livistonya rotundifolia), porcupine palm (Oncosperma harrindum), along (Pandanus sp), linggua (Pterocymbium sp), meranti (Shorea sp). Management of cultural preservation of biodiversity in the region requires an important role of a leader. Leadership role to be very strategic in realizing the success of the development of insightful environment with a cultural approach (local wisdom). The abundant natural resources will become less meaningful when there are no leadership roles who are capable of moving all the existing potential in managing natural resources and utilize them. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data to be used in the form of primary and secondary data which can be retrieved in field studies and literature research results was. The results of this research found a wide pattern of leadership that can be used to manage different basic foothold of biodiversity in TNBNW with rests on culture (local wisdom) of local people.
