Urban bird community: The effect of size area and plant species on bird diversity

Birds are one good indicator for the environment. Bird influenced by the existence of vegetation and size of the area. This study aims to determine the effect understand the diversity of plant species and the area with a diversity of birds. This research conducted in Langsat Park, Puring Park, Kerinci Park, Situlembang Park, Suropati Park and Menteng Park. This Research was using descriptive survey with point count technique. Analysis of data was conducted by Regression linear and Spearman Rank test. Result showed the diversity of plant species more important than size area to influenced by bird diversity.
