Basidiomycota diversity in Tegal Bunder and Ambyarsari, West Bali National Park, Bali, Indonesia. Pros Sem Nas Masy Biodiv Indon 5: 280-285. West Bali National Park is an area which has a lot of diversities of flora and fauna because the area is a combination of two ecosystems, terrestrial and aquatic. The terrestrial ecosystem consists of lowland rainforest and seasonal forest that causes different genus of fungi which live in those two different regions. This research aims to give data and information about the potential biodiversity of Basidiomycota which is expected to be used as a reference in the preservation and utilization of fungi optimally. This research was done in 3 days from 29-31 January 2018 by using tracking and direct sampling method along the tropical rain forest in Ambyarsari and the seasonal forest area in Tegal Bunder, West Bali National Park, Bali. The fungal samples found in the Tegal Bunder region were 11 genera, there are Agrocybe, Trametes, Naucoria, lepiota, micromphale, amanita, schyzophora, tricholomopas, leceinum, Coltricia, and Mycena with the most found population being mushrooms growing on trees and 10 genera others in Ambyarsari, there are Tephrocybe, Postia, Cheimono, Inocybe, Rimbachia, Higrocybe, lentinus, coprinus, Marasmius, and pycnoporus, with the most found populations being fungi that grow on the ground. Most of the other Basidiomycota are also found in leaf litter.
